Mr. Greiper is the President and Founding Partner of Secure Strategy Group. He has distinguished 15-year career in the security and defense technology sectors as both a research analyst and investment banker, and is known as a thought leader in the industry. Before forming Secure Strategy Group, he was a Managing Director at Legend Merchant Group and Head of the firm’s Convergent Security Group, which provided capital, strategic advisory and M&A services to growth companies in the security and defense technology markets. Previously, Mr. Greiper was Principal and Senior Analyst at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, where he covered public companies in the Global Security industry and was consistently ranked as one of the top analysts in the sector. He has worked with a range of industry leaders and is a frequent guest speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars across the country. Mr. Greiper attended the Executive MBA program at Columbia University and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the FBI InfraGard program, BENS (Business Executives for National Security), ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security and NYSSA (New York Society for Security Analysts.)

Mr. Sauter has served as founding COO of America’s first business accelerator for national security technology and manager of its contract with the NSA, America’s largest intelligence agency; leader of complex due diligence assignments for major private equity groups focused on the defense and security space; and banker to emerging security companies. A published expert on high-growth security and Big Data markets, Mr. Sauter is also co-author of McGraw Hill’s leading university textbook, Homeland Security: A Complete Guide. He served as an Army office in Special Forces and infantry units and holds FINRA Series 24, 63 & 7/79 registrations. Mr. Sauter is a graduate of Harvard University and the Colombia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Ron Martin has held high profile positions in law enforcement and government security for more than 30 years, and has authored specifications for numerous government security initiatives. He advises our clients on accessing government contract opportunities, strategic channel partnerships and set-aside contract opportunities. He recently retired from the U.S. Government where he served as a Physical Security Expert for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for the development, coordination, direction and assessment of nationwide physical security and Identity Management Programs. Mr. Martin currently serves on the Security Industry Association and ASIS International Standards Committees. Ron is a retired US Army Officer with over 27 years of active an reserve military police service. Ron holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College, a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and a Master of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
