Howard Safir: Mr. Safir is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Safir/Rosetti, a premier security consulting company. In 1996, he was appointed the 39th Police Commissioner of the City of New York by Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, after serving as New York City’s 29th Fire Commissioner for the prior two years. Previously, he was the Assistant Director of the Drug Enforcement Agency and also served as Chief of the Witness Security Division, U.S. Marshals Service. Mr. Safir is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hofstra University and a director of the foundation of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.


Brian J. Noone: Mr. Noone is the Chief Security Officer of National Grid (NYSE: NGG), the second largest utility in the U.S., and one of the largest in the U.K. He has over 28 years of law enforcement experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, specializing in covert and overt international and domestic criminal investigations, intelligence probes and clandestine business operations. He is also an industry representative and author/contributor to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s policies for critical infrastructure protection in the energy industry.


Joseph Dunne: Joe Dunne has enjoyed a distinguished 32-year career in the New York City Police Department, rising through the ranks from patrol officer to second in command of the 50,000-member agency. In 1999, then Chief Dunne was promoted to Chief of Department, the highest ranking uniform position in the NYPD, in command of the five NYPD enforcement Bureaus – Patrol Services, Detectives, Organized Crime Control, Housing and Transit. Upon his retirement from the NYPD in 2002, Mr. Dunne joined UBS Wealth Management as a Managing Director heading Security Services in the Americas and Puerto Rico for this world leading financial services and international banking firm. Under his leadership UBS up-graded home office and branch physical security systems and streamlined the background screening process. He retired in April of 2009 after seven years of service.


Al Martinez-Fonts: Currently head of the Private Sector office at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. and is affiliated with Adelphi Capital, LLC and Command Consulting Group. As the former Assistant Secretary for the Private Sector Office at the Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Martinez-Fonts was charged with providing America’s private sector with a direct line of communication to the Department. He worked directly with individual businesses and through trade associations and other non-governmental organizations to foster dialogue between the private sector and the Department. He served under Secretaries Ridge, Chertoff and Napolitano.


Ayal Vogel: Mr. Vogel has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the Homeland Security industry. He is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Intransa, a leader in providing servers and storage for video surveillance. Before that he was the Executive Vice President of Identica, a vascular biometric company and the Vice President of Business Development for The Mer Group, a multinational provider of security solutions for the telecommunications and defense industries. From 2001-2004, Mr. Vogel was the President and CEO of Barantec, Inc., a provider of access control solutions. Prior to taking the helm at Barantec Inc., Mr. Vogel held management positions for ADI/Honeywell (1993-2001) and Visonic (1991-93).


Chris Toffales: Mr. Toffales is the President and founder of CTC Aero, a defense and security industry advisory company. He has extensive experience in operations, business development and corporate strategic planning, and has completed acquisitions totaling over $1 billion. Mr. Toffales was the President of DRS Systems where he helped grow the company from $200 million in revenue to $850 million in four years. Previously, he worked for Lockheed Martin as V.P. of Business Development at Fairchild Systems and V.P. of Imaging and Training Systems. Prior, Mr. Toffales was the V.P. of Advanced Technology for Loral Corporation.


Gianni Arcaini: Mr. Arcaini is the Chairman and CEO of Duos Technologies, a leading provider of command & control and intelligent sensor solutions for the critical infrastructure protection market. Previously, he co-founded Environmental Capital Holdings, a company engaged in the technology transfer of environmental and waste management technologies from Europe to the US.  Mr. Arcaini spent over 10 years with Robex International, a joint venture of Royal Volker Stevin, Royal Bijenkorf and the Westland Utrecht Bank, ultimately acquiring the company in a management buyout after having expanded its operations into the United States.


Carl Kleidman: Mr. Kleidman is the Director of Investments for Vision Capital, a New York City based investment advisor with approximately $800 million in assets under management. He oversees Vision’s Investment Team and manages the overall structure and execution of each investment transaction. Prior, Mr. Kleidman was a Managing Director at Centrecourt Asset Management and ComVest Investment Partners, as well as Head of Investment Banking at Commonwealth Associates and Barington Capital Group.


Octavio “Otto” Lombardo: Mr. Lombardo is the founder and Managing Director of Lombardo & Company, which provides corporate finance and leasing services to a contracted network of approximately two hundred regional banks in the U.S. Previously, he was the CEO of Affiliated Financial Institutions, a turnkey outsource equipment leasing company to over 100 independent banks. He was the founder of the New York Leasing Forum and Exchange, a tax swap exchange for privately held companies and is an expert in independent banking , one bank holding companies, lease/loan participation trusts, SBIC’s and corporate lending.
